Air freight bills a 0.5 kg minimum, on the greater of scale or volume weight. Destination duties and taxes, where a country charges them, are paid by the receiver.
Zone rate applied: United Kingdom & Ireland - air KES 1,150/kg, sea KES 420/kg. Shipments above 200 kg are quoted below the card rate.

Import & sourcing
Buy from the UK, US, Germany, China or the Gulf and ship to our overseas depot. We consolidate, clear it through Mombasa or JKIA and drop it at your shop.
Collection
Next-day pickup from any town in Kenya, same-day within Nairobi. Free on shipments over 20 kg, flat KSh 450 below that.
Packing & consolidation
Cartons, dunnage, bubble wrap and shrink wrap at no charge. We strip shoeboxes and surplus packaging so you stop paying freight on air.
Warehousing
Hold your stock at any depot while you build a full load. First 14 days free, then charged by pallet space per week.
Relocation & FCL
Household moves for families, expats and diplomatic missions. Survey, crating, customs paperwork and unpacking at the far end.
Handling
The part most forwarders skip.
Cargo goes missing between the counter and the aircraft, not in the air. So we document it. Everything that touches our floor is photographed, counted and signed for before it moves again.

Photos, weights and destination over WhatsApp. Written quote back, usually inside the hour.

We collect
Our rider or truck picks up, or you drop at the nearest depot. You get a receipt on arrival.

Packed & counted
Every item photographed and logged, repacked into the cheapest safe configuration, then sealed.
- Step 04
Flown or shipped
Booked onto the next departure. You get the airway bill and tracking the day it leaves.
- Step 05
Handed over
Cleared at destination and delivered to the receiver's door. Signature back to you.
